The Yaz Hair Comb is a handcrafted bridal hair comb built from our signature beaded flowers. Each petal is worked bead by bead in luminous ivory glass, finished with warm golden centres and genuine freshwater pearls, then wired onto a slim gold-tone comb. Fine pearl-tipped stems lift from the flowers so the piece catches the light with every turn of your head.

Yaz was designed for the back of the head, where it is seen most: arched across a half-up twist, tucked into the curve of a low bun or set beside a classic chignon. It is light enough to forget you are wearing it, from the first look to the last dance.

Designed and handcrafted in our United Kingdom studio, one flower at a time, Yaz is made to be kept long after the wedding day.

How to Wear It

• Half-up: gather the top section, twist it once and slide the comb in beneath the twist so the flowers arch across the join
• Low bun: set it into the side of the bun, angled slightly upwards, so the pearl stems break the outline
• Chignon: place it just above the roll for a clean, classic finish
• Loose waves: pin one side back and let the comb hold it, leaving the length free

Questions Brides Ask

How long does the Yaz hair comb take to make?
It is made to order in our United Kingdom studio and takes around 3 weeks, plus about a week for delivery. If your wedding is sooner than that, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

Is the comb gold or silver?
Yaz is finished on a gold-tone comb with golden bead centres. If you would prefer silver tones to suit your jewellery, ask us before ordering — customisation may be available.

Will it stay in fine or shoulder-length hair?
Yes. The comb is light, and its teeth grip best when pushed into a small twisted section of hair. In very fine hair, a single hidden grip underneath will hold it perfectly still all day.

Can I wear it with a veil?
Yes. Set Yaz just above or below your veil comb so the two sit flush, and the flowers will still be visible once the veil is lifted.

Are the pearls real?
Yes — the pearls are genuine freshwater pearls, which is why each one differs slightly in shape and lustre. That variation is what makes every comb unique.

Can I return it?
Each piece is handmade to order, but if it is not right you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn and in its original condition.
