We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna (buy now, pay later in 3 interest-free instalments). All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

Yes — all UK orders come with free standard delivery. We also ship internationally; please check out at checkout to see rates for your country.

Every piece is made by hand to order, so please allow 3 weeks before dispatch. Standard UK delivery then takes 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back, unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. Bespoke commissions are made to your own specification and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. Full details are on our returns policy page.

Store your piece in the dust bag provided, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfume and hairspray. For veils, gently hand wash with cold water if necessary and lay flat to dry.

We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Do get in touch as soon as you can — you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty piece.
