Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Please contact us to begin your return so we know to expect it.

Pieces must reach us unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. Return postage is arranged and paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service — until your parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

Once your return is accepted, we will email you the return address along with everything you need to send your parcel back.

Once your return arrives with us we will refund you within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid.

Bespoke commissions are made to your own specification and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. This applies to every piece we make, bespoke included.
