As each of our veils and hairpieces is handmade especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Our bridal accessories are available to try by appointment at the Catherine Deane boutique. Book your appointment to experience our collection in person and find the perfect finishing touch for your bridal look.
