Shipping policy

Every Vowen piece is made by hand to order in our United Kingdom studio, so each order needs time in the studio before it ships. Hairvines, hair combs, hairpins and earrings are dispatched within 3 weeks of your order. Veils are dispatched within 6 weeks of your order, as they take longer to cut, hem and finish by hand. We will email you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United Kingdom

Free standard delivery, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. This is the only delivery option we currently offer within the United Kingdom.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and do not offer international delivery at this time.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke pieces take 4 to 8 weeks to complete. Tell us about your vision and we will come back to you within 3 to 5 business days with an accurate timeline.
