Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@vowen.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, send your parcel to Vowen, Flat 1, Higham House West, 102 Carnwath Road, London SW6 3BJ, United Kingdom. Pieces sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return postage is arranged and paid by you unless your piece is damaged or faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your piece is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@vowen.co.uk with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Return postage for damaged or faulty pieces is paid by us.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke pieces are made to your own specification and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a piece is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and let you know the outcome. If your return is approved we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
